Bleu has been playing a lot of local commercials lately with the obvious intention of making their restaurant look sophisticated, hip and gourmet.....All not true. The only thing in common with real gourmet restaurants is they have white plates which are wiped before serving. I will take you through a visit so you don't waste your time. If you ask for a table for two you are seated on a bench seat lined with small tables; now you have the pleasure of sitting next to some nerdy 21 year old wearing a turtle neck trying to appear classy and impress his ugly date. You then get to order from a tiny selection menu to a rude server. Every description just seems like it will be bad so you order expensive hoping to save some of the experience. You order a 30 dollar chicken plate and wait for it while listening to the idiots around you try to converse with the sole purpose of sounding both politically correct and urban. These idiots are all around Columbia and it drives me crazy. Finally you receive your meal which appears to be half a rotisserie chicken from sams club with a little instant gravy poured over it and some mixed greens next to it. While eating you need to go to the bathroom so you find a rude server to point you in the right direction. You find a single toilet restroom with the toilet facing parallel with the door......and the lock doesn't work. Now you get to pee knowing if someone else tries the door they get to walk in with a full view of you peeing. Then.....there is no hand soap.........So all those rude servers and bad cooks are also not washing their hands. If you are looking to eat at a nice place: Sycamore, Jacks, CC's Broiler. Please for the sake of Columbia....make this horrible posing restaurant go out of business!

Awwww Joey I am sad that you would write such a review because I have no idea what you are talking about. I visit bleu on at least a weekly basis and the fact that you mentioned Jacks at a fine place to eat not only shows your class but your standards. I guess between the 2 menu's they offer you could not find something to eat because they always have more selections than I can pick through. Plus who are you to judge the 21 year old sitting next to you or the appeal of their date? One thing that does make me sad for you is your inability to read the small sign on the door that says "push" so the lock will click and you can do your business in peace. Plus you commented that it is a single toilet restroom...are you looking to cruise other guys at the urinal while you enjoy your dinner?

Joey I believe you had a bad day and you should have gone to your favorite place to eat McDonalds on your way home instead of bringing your bitter attitued into public.

So when you are going to bleu you can always try some of my favorites the brussel sprouts with slab bacon, the Airline Chicken breast the one joey talked but didn't have big kid words for or there is always the Mac & Cheese and yes I said it Mac & Cheese.
