The dozen distinct martinis at Sky Hi Grill beg the question— which would James Bond choose?
The traditional Dirty Girl would be a Bond favorite. But if he were feeling randy, maybe the sophisticated secret agent would go for the Alien, the most popular option.

The Skytinis are specialty drinks at Sky Hi, but the name comes from the type of liquor they use — Skyy vodka.
The Alien, the smoothest of the group, is an otherworldly lime green. The libation has dragon fruit vodka, melon liqueur, Malibu rum and a dash of sour mix.
Each of these cocktails is served in a chilled martini glass. Some come with specialized garnishes, and others are made with liquid layers of bright colors. Bryan Hackett, bartender and cook at Sky Hi for almost four years, says the Chilly, which is made with Rumple Minze, will give your night a jump-start.
Another original recipe is Sunset Over Columbia. The orange juice and bloodorange vodka provide strong citrus flavors, but compared to the Alien, the alcohol hits faster with more of a burn.
Hackett says the most unusual Skytini on the menu is the Hazy. It is made with ginger vodka, Chambord and Sprite to create an intense and unique flavor not often found in cocktails.
We’d challenge you to try them all, but with 12 different varieties, we’d worry.
